The Moorings Bay Apartments were built in 1968 on the south side of Harbour Drive just east of the Harbour Drive Bridge. The complex is a 3 story building consisting of 24 units that range in size from around 1,100 to 1,680 square feet. Leases are not permitted for the first 3 years of ownership. After that, you can lease the property once a year with a 60-day minimum. This Bayfront condominium has direct Gulf access, no bridges to the Gulf. Boat slips can be leased for $500 a year. No pets are allowed and each owner has an assigned parking space. Beach access is a short walk over the bridge and then south to the Miramar Beach access.
