The Martinique Club cooperative was built in 1971. A low-density building of 33 units on 9 floors, you can enjoy all that beachfront living has to offer. A secured entrance, with a beautifully remodeled front lobby and library area, greet you as you walk through the front door. Each unit comes with its own under-building parking space, and with no leases or pets allowed in Martinique, you enjoy one of the most private buildings available on the beach.

A unique location along Moorings Beach provides very little foot traffic on the beach in your backyard. Sitting directly between the Miramar and Vedado Beach Access points, the public would have to walk a little way to impede on your sand space.
