About SUZANNE NORDYKE

Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Suzanne Nordyke moved to Southwest Florida in 1994 and currently resides in Naples, Florida. Prior to joining John R. Wood Properties, Suzanne was the Director of Marketing and Operations for a local title company in Naples for 14 years. She and her husband, Ryan Nordyke, specialize in luxury condominiums and single-family homes in Park Shore, Moorings, Coquina Sands and Olde Naples. Suzanne prides herself in her dedication to be of service to her clients by maintaining the utmost professionalism and keeping their best interest at heart. By having several years of real estate closing experience, she has a complete understanding as to what happens after a contract is signed, documentation needed and the process on closing day for her clients. Suzanne has served on the board for the Bonita-Estero Women's Council of REALTORS® and received the 2016 President's Award for her service. She also spent several years serving on the Golf Committee for the Bonita Springs-Estero Association of REALTORS®. Suzanne is a proud member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS®, the Florida REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.
